Virtual Case Room example

The Virtual Case Room is a secure area via which you can both communicate information, and/or negotiate online with clients and other interested parties.

The concept of reporting "major" steps in a standard Workflow is not new although the majority of practices still do not offer such a service to their clients. However, that form of reporting is only really suitable for matters that follow a prescribed "workflow" such as Conveyancing or Probate. Matters such as litigation or commercial property will rarely fit such a standard format and therefore become potentially difficult to report upon.

The concept behind the "Virtual Case Room" is that the status of any matter may be reported by virtue of displaying what documents have been agreed and which are still under negotiation. When we add to this the ability to post information or comments which are only viewable to those members of the "room" the author selects, we have an extremely powerful tool not only for keeping clients up to date, but also speeding up processes and simplifying communication between all parties.
