Client support

We pride ourselves on our client support at Enjudica and aim to provide a professional, rapid-response service. Part of our support for clients is the provision of an online support area where clients can get information about the state of projects currently in progress and systems that have already gone live.

This page shows the levels and types of online support we are able to provide for our clients. Security is of the utmost importance to us and each client is assigned their own unique username / password to ensure that only they have access to their information. Each client has access to some or all of the following facilities, as appropriate:

Project information

This page contains brief descriptions of projects, timescales, project status, payment history and links to more detailed project information and documentation.

Bug/issue reporting facility

Our bug reporting facility allows clients to report any problems with the Enjudica system we have developed for them. Specific bug-reporting software enables us to rectify problems efficiently and keep a detailed record of errors and fixes.

Timesheets

For large-scale projects and on-going work billed on a per time basis, these show which staff members have been working on each project and the hours spent. Using these, clients can evaluate project timescales and costs on an on-going basis and adjust requirements or expectations accordingly; they can also be used to facilitate project reporting within the client's own procedural structures. Updated weekly or fortnightly as required.

Weekly report

For clients with several long-term projects in which a large number of developers are involved, the weekly report provides a detailed summary of progress achieved on each project and/or by each team member. Any problems encountered are described along with suggested or implemented solutions, and any milestones passed are also recorded. Client input requirements are also detailed in the weekly reports.
