Customer service does not stop once we have delivered the system. The following teams will ensure that your Enjudica system is running at all times.
The Operations Team
The operations team is responsible for the installation and smooth running of your Enjudica system. This highly trained, professional, team monitors all systems on a daily basis to ensure high availability of your site to your customers.
The Help Desk Team
Our help desk team are there to help you whenever you have questions about your Enjudica system. In the unlikely event that the staff are unable to answer your question immediately they will liase with software development to ensure you get an accurate answer as quickly as possible.
The Site Maintenance Team
To continue attracting visitors to your site, it is essential to keep your site content fresh. Whilst the Enjudica system allows your practice to do this directly over the web, our maintenance team is here to help you if you have further requirements e.g. a redesign of your site or adding a whole new section to your site. Site maintenance time may be purchase in 'blocks' or we can provide a fixed quote for a piece of work.
The Training Team
To get the best from your Enjudica system staff at your practice may need training in how to use the system. Our training team can provide suitable courses, either in your offices, or at one of our sites to one or several staff members. Training is charged at a daily rate and depends upon the number of staff members on the course.
