Why do I need Enjudica?

As with all areas of business Solicitors are experiencing increasing pressure on their margins. Clients are demanding faster, lower priced services with greater flexibility than previously available. At the same time Government actions are forcing the use of more technology, which will pave the way for non-qualified competition, while increasing the costs of employing staff currently providing manual and clerical support.

These increasing pressures mean more and more work has to be taken on by the fee earners of the business, in an attempt to increase revenues without increasing support staff.

This gives rise to a cycle where, as the work load increases, there is a greater need to innovate. Unfortunately, as the work load increases, there is no time to think of innovation, let alone implement any major changes.

Because there are no improvements to efficiency, the workload and pressures continue to grow and so the cycle is maintained.
