A firm providing Internet Web sites on a rental basis to smaller solicitors' firms approached us. While they were more than capable of producing Web sites that were both attractive and practicable, they had no expertise in the area of adding processing and intelligence to those sites. Equally they did not want their clients confused by the use of two different companies to provide a complete service.

Our Solution

As the Enjudica system is both flexible and modular, we were able to set up our system to be part of the Web sites they had already built. To their clients the whole site looks like one system where in fact "our client" runs the "front end" component while Enjudica is handling the database and reporting functions.

The built in management capabilities within Enjudica mean the solicitors are able to post information about cases directly to the system with no specialized training or technical knowledge.

We can now support any facility available to our normal clients via this third party service, which means they are now able to offer a full range of functions as part of their own rental service.

Summary

By providing our systems in a "packaged" form and working with other companies' technicians we were able to provide sophisticated capabilities anonymously as part of any suppliers products.
