Our Solution
We suggested using the intelligence built into Enjudica to identify, via an interactive question and answer session with clients, which phrases and sections should be included or excluded from the contract.
We worked with their experienced solicitors to identify which questions would need to be answered and what text would be required in each situation. Having identified all these requirements we set up, the Enjudica system to create the contracts dynamically in response to clients' inputs.
Having answered all the questions, the clients have the opportunity to review all the information they have submitted before committing to payment. Payment is also handled on-line and the documents may be printed either by the company or by the clients directly on their own printers. Thus clients are able to complete the generation of contracts quicker than before and at a lower cost. While the company is able to address a mass market that would otherwise not be profitable, while at the same time still supporting their larger clients with more specialized needs.
The system is now undergoing the exhaustive testing, which is only to be expected, before being made available to the public at the end of February.
