Enjudica Conveyancing

Overview

The Enjudica Conveyancing module builds upon the infrastructure provided by the core of the Enjudica System to provide your practice with full support for your conveyancing department. The module provides integration with your existing conveyancing case management system to both display case progress information to clients as well as capture updates from those clients.

The conveyancing lifecycle

The module doesn't just allow clients to track their cases. The module provides support for your practice through the whole lifecycle of a job. The module allows your practice to automatically provide accurate estimates through the website, it allows clients to accept your estimate and sign up online, it allows clients to enter the details of a new conveyancing case, and finally it allows clients to complete forms online (e.g. Seller's Property Information, Fixtures, Fittings and Contents) and print them off to be sent to you.

Security

Your clients view their case progress information directly on your web site in their own personalised set of pages. You control their access to their pages by providing them with their own unique username and password. This ensures a client can only see his/her own information. The link between you clients computer and your website is protected by using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This ensure that no-one can 'eavesdrop' on the connection.
